Open release of A' under the Apache License 2.0: LICENSE (verbatim Apache-2.0 text), NOTICE, licence stated in the paper's availability section and in simbracket's metadata. The next method is not described anywhere in the tree or in the history reachable from this branch. README no longer names the server. PDF rebuilt from the text as it stands. Server: verify 548 OK / 0 BAD, regression x2 1239 passed, PDF 32 pages, 0 errors, 0 overfull.
