The three neighbouring applications out of the published branch: the NLMS step size (anc), the ODE step controllers (odestep) and the relaxation factor (relax), with the six stage scripts that drive them and the five tests that cover them. They are not part of the root-finding paper and no document refers to them. stage18_bulletproof.py keeps claim A and loses claim B; tests/test_bulletproof.py loses the one test that reached into anc. Server: verify 548 OK / 0 BAD, tests x2 1205 passed (was 1240 with the three).

README rewritten for a public mirror: what the method is, the licence and the archive DOI, how to use the compiled library, what it costs on the corpus fixed before the code was frozen, how to reproduce, the layout, and what was refuted. The old text still stated 72 checks, 490 tests and an order of 1.944, none of which has been true for some time.

PDF rebuilt after the history rewrite. Server: verify 548 OK / 0 BAD, regression x2 1240 passed, PDF 32 pages, 0 errors, 0 overfull.

History rewritten to remove working notes not meant for publication; Appendix D and the README say what the rewrite changed. README: the archive is described as code, data and history for the paper (manuscript included), cited by its DOI.

Zenodo package: the bundle carries HEAD as well, so a plain 'git clone sim-numerics.bundle' checks the branch out (the clean-room check could not clone it).
